Hot Water Protection
Most traditional baths do not protect you from receiving very hot scalding water when the bath is being filled. Our system blends hot and cold water for you. This ensures you never receive harmful water temperatures.
Temperatures can be adjusted for comfort but you will get a water temperature above the pre-set maximum. Hot water protection is highly recommended for a residential installation and required for a commercial installation.

Shower System
The plumbing of our walk-in bath tub's shower system is independent of the filler taps. This allows you to fill the bath while using the shower at the same time.
More importantly, the bath water and shower water can be pre-set at different maximum temperatures. This protects you from hot water on your face.
Other bath systems allow you to divert water from the bath taps to the hand spray shower. You have to remix or add cold water to use the lower temperature typical of showers.
Our shower valve and accompanying wall-mount slide bar are ADA-compliant safety products that offer ease of use, prevention of scalding and flow control.
The slide bar is a true certified grab rail and is designed for weight bearing should you need it.

Grab Rails
Our walk-in tub does not have support rails attached to the interior bathing well (i.e attached to the bath itself). This is not safe.
Only ADA compliant grab rails are offered as an option for use around the perimeter of the bath walls. Placement depends on the specific needs of the user.
Our inside corner grab bar (1 ¼ x 34 x 18) offers
a knurled finish with concealed flanges. It is a perfect
fit to wrap around the walk-in bath.
This support rail offers assistance to a wide range of your needs. Transferring in and out of the bath is easier, as is lifting yourself out of the walk-in bath
Straight grab rails can
be placed as needed.

Super Pole
The Super Pole is a floor to ceiling grab rail located outside the door of the bath.
It is a designed for people needing that extra measure of security and support when entering and exiting the walk-in bath.
The Super Pole is installed as a pressure fit system and can be easily located. It can be added at any point in time, and provides vital safety and security for any bathing environment.

16-Jet Warm Air Massage
The Seabridge 16-jet warm air massage system adds a truly therapeutic element to your walk in tub system.
This non-vigorous massage uses only pre-warmed air to refresh and stimulate. Typical water jet systems are known to be too aggressive for the frail or elderly. They can be irritating to any bather after short periods of use.
A warm air system stimulates the skin and does not penetrate deep into the muscle. Moreover, warm air massage activates the lymphatic system, enhances blood circulation and cell oxygenation.
Increased blood flow is known to help dissolve and eliminate toxins from the body. The combination of being immersed in water with a warm air system provides offers you physical relaxation while relieving pain related to arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatism and other health trauma.
Our system does not re-circulate bath water so you can maintain a bacteria free bath. This is especially important when more than one person will be using the bath.
The air system has these user-friendly features:
- Variable speed settings for individual comfort
- High/low cycling and
- System purging.
This last function initiates automatically, 20 minutes after every bath use. It purges any moisture from around the jet heads to ensure no stagnant water remains between bathing sessions.
No cleaning or maintenance of the air lines is ever required!

Smooth Glide Shower Curtain Track
Custom made at our facility, the Seabridge Smooth Glide Shower
Curtain Track is made of high quality anodized aluminium.
This architectural product is factory shaped by us to the
exact dimensions required in your installation. The smooth
glide shower curtain rail is available in white or bone.

Custom Extension Shelf
A custom extension shelf is an optional feature used to fill the space created when an existing 5’, 5-1/2’, or 6’ bath has been removed.
For example, Classic walk in tubs are 48" long. Once your existing bath is removed, there is extra space remaining. The extension shelf fills this space and gives you room to store your towels and bath accessories.
The extension shelf finishes the bath space usefully and attractively. The extension shelf can be installed on the left or right walk-in bathtub ... you can even install a small shelf on either side of the bath!
The extension shelf is available for the Cameo, Classic, Universal, and Victorian baths.
