I especially appreciated the care they [Customer Service Dept, Tecnical Consultant, and Installer] exercised in making sure the doors were closed properly each time. I have 2 dogs who are "escape artists".
I was amazed at the work to rebuild the wall!

Dear Sir:
I want to thank you and your company for the fine walk-in bathtub and shower which was installed in my home, earlier this week. I needed a safe alternative from a standard bathtub due to my special medical problems.
After taking great care researching other companies who provided similar types of walk in tubs, Seabridge stood far above the rest of the competition.
The first impression I had was a positive one, thanks to the comprehensive website and friendly, courteous telephone representative who immediately mailed out literature I requested, and readily assisted me through the process of setting up an in-home appointment.
It was shortly after this that the regional manager, Mr. C.H contacted me by phone and did everything he could to arrange an in-home visit at a suitable time to accommodate my special needs.
Mr. C.H. took great care in explaining the different products, and answered readily, the long list of questions I had when exploring various options with the different walk in tub models. I was particularly impressed with not only his general knowledge of the product but his thorough understanding of the science behind it.
While communicating with me about the various benefits of the walk-in unit, Mr. C.H. acted with complete integrity, by not compartmentalizing certain features as a quick sell job. He approached the "whole person", taking into consideration not only my unique situation, but the context surrounding it.
How rare it is to find a marketing professional who possesses an intrinsic understanding of how to approach a client on an individual need basis. It was extremely apparent that this regional manager truly believed in the product itself.
The fact that I made the decision to purchase this product after the initial presentation by Mr. H., speaks for itself. Even after purchase and installation, there was follow up to be sure I was satisfied with the appliance.
Mr. E.M. did a 2 day installation. He had to work in a very small confined bathroom space, but labored very diligently to fit the bathtub device and was successful in completing the installation, and I must say it was flawless.
Mr. M. worked with unflappable diligence to accomplish the final result. He communicated very clearly step by step what he was doing during the entire installation process. Mr. M. also demonstrated the product features and answered any further questions I had. His attitude was cheerful and informative.
I appreciated the fact that special care was taken to protect carpet and floors from any trauma and the clean-up went just as smoothly.
Once the install was finished, I was astounded to see that the new tub install was so clean and precise. It literally appeared to me as if it was in the initial design of my home.
Mr. M. allowed the grab bars to be placed upon my specifications, to work with my individual medical needs. There was a great deal of attention paid to even the smallest details.
Both Mr. H. and Mr. M. also showed great respect and communicated with my helper whenever necessary to get the job done.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Seabridge Bathing products to my contemporaries now and in the future for the following reasons:
- Product Quality which is Superior
- Medical Benefits of Walk in Tub Hydrotherapy
- Outstanding Service from Sales Division
- Exceptional Knowledgable Product Installation and Lifetime Maintenance
- Features not found on other bathtubs, the Dual Drains and Fast Running Water Fixtures
After dealing with several companies, Seabridge, without question, is a cut far apart from the rest and it would bode well for other institutions to look to this organization as an example to emulate.

Thank you for processing my request! I truly appreciate the excellent Customer Service; even though it's a very minor request, you took care of me as if it was for a much larger issue! It's great seeing people/companies doing things the "old fashioned" way ---- CARING!
I worked as a Field Engineer for Eastman Kodak Company here in the States, and I interfaced daily with end-users/customers, so I appreciate how easy it can be to think of others' problems/requests as menial and not worth spending a lot of effort. I also knew that doing my best-effort always, no matter the size of the task, would be rewarded eventually.
But it wasn't for the rewards that I did so --- it was for the satisfaction and pride I took in doing the best to help the customer. You have done the same here!

On Saturday, February 28, 2009, David and Tony came to my house to update my bathroom. They were very friendly and kind.
I was really pleased with the way they handled things around my house, very professional by letting me know exactly what they were going to do. It was a pleasure having them working in my home.
When they finished the remodel of my bathroom, I was so surprised and excited of what they had done. My new bathroom is beautiful. I can?t wait to show off my bathroom to my family and friends.
They went over everything with me to be sure that I understood everything and I did. He was very professional, handling all of the paperwork and business part of the bathtub.

[My bathing experience] was made easier by the security of the double drains, the option of shower or bath, the finish of the product, the thoughtful detailing...
... there are two friends (neighbors) that may be contacting you in the future.
One is now on a 4 month cruise - [name withheld] - she has had 4 joint replacements and I gave her your literature - she seemed quite interested.
The other one is [name withheld], whose mother is crippled up with arthritis.
People make these decisions over time, but I love the benefits of our installation so very much and share this with my friends.

Now we are still a young couple mid 40's but the way we feel when we get in and out of the tub is unbelieveable.
I can't just see the older generations using these walk in tubs... this is for the whole family.

You even resolved the issue of getting approval of our state plumbing board for your nationally tested product! Well done, that should benefit other Massachusetts customers!
The fine adjustment of the shower hot water temperature is very nice!
I find your walk-in bath to be just as high quality and full-featured as it was advertised to be. The therapeutic air-bubble system is appreciated by my wife.
We both like the fine adjustment of shower hot water temperature.
I like the seat you provide. It is very comfortable for sitting while bathing. It is very useful when showering because I can rest one foot on it while washing or showering off my feet and lower legs.
I like the fiberglass material, because it warms when warm water is turned on ? much quicker than for standard porcelain-steel tubs.

Walk in tubs have made my life so much easier. My son can walk into the tub with assistance and turn around to a sitting position.
He absolutely loves the air jets -- laughs everytime he takes a bath. This has been such a positive experience.

Just wanted to share with you that your Seabridge Classic Bath has made my mother extremely happy! She loves the walk in feature and "the air bubbles are so soothing"!
She is considering a sign up sheet for those who want to ‘test drive" the experience.
We had the tub installed with added space around the three sides of the tub. The extra space gives her room for her bath accessories…
I have yet to indulge in a soaking bath in her spa of paradise. Must take my spa brush and step into the bath.

WOW is at least what I can say. I couldn’t wait to tell you……
I just used my bath full of water and I used the jets!!! It was far beyond what I expected. I felt like a queen!
It has been seventeen years since I actually sat in a tub of water and it felt sooo good. I believe I got more relief from using the jets than I ever got from physiotherapy, and the lovely thing is, I can enjoy all this in my own home any time I want.
I wish it was possible to explain to people how beneficial it is to be able to get in walk in tubs and sit and enjoy it, and then when you turn on the jets, you have the ultimate.

Seabridge,
As promised, we wanted to share some of the recent steps of Mom’s recovery after being struck down in a parking lot at age 89.
She is not completely back to where she was before the accident but she is a game lady and able to benefit from such developments as your walk in tubs and an electric stair lift on the front steps.
In between it was grit-your-teeth pain as her fractured bones were knitting; slow physical therapy and learning to eat with your left hand.
She had her first bubbling bath last night and sends her thanks. She returned last week to her bi-weekly swimming pool social excursions that she had missed and Sunday was her first trip back to her beloved church since the July 26 mishap.
I was amazed at the lack of knowledge – or even awareness – of your unique bathing apparatus.
As the population ages, I am sure that will change but today I feel like a pioneer. The closest opportunity to actually see and touch walk in tubs was about 100 miles away in Myrtle Beach, SC but since the base price was $5900 (usd) I did not bother to drive up there.
After talking with you and your company – and the excellent follow up by (your staff) – I bought your product after finding you on the Internet.
The only sites seem to be posted by individual distributors rather than manufacturers. Lowe’s and Home Depot only blinked back at me as I described what I was seeking for my injured and aged Mom.
Let me know what I can do to "officially" sing the praises of Seabridge. More people now are aware of such a wonderful device since Ed McMahon is touting one on television but your product is better designed and priced right.
This is a thank you note. Customers probably seldom take the time for feedback but we ARE appreciative and wanted you to share our happiness with the product. We wish you continued success.

I'm so glad I searched the Internet! My family looked at several different companies and when we found you, that was it!
No one else compared to your high quality of bathing tubs. My mom is 83 years old, and she ordered the Universal Slide-in Bath.
My mom just loves her new bath! We installed it ourselves. It wasn't hard at all. Calvin told us everything we needed to get (over the phone). He's such an excellent sales person! No pressure at all. Give that man a raise!!
The tub came right on schedule. From your factory to Arkansas is a long way. It arrived in excellent condition, and no parts were missing. Installment was easy.
I'm sending you photos of my mom's bathroom. Please show other folks. If anyone would like to come to our home to see it up close, please send them our way. We'd be glad to show them.
You have a wonderful product. I wish everyone with health problems could have it. You people are great!

I'm 83 years old. I ordered the versatile slide-in bath. I'm not in a wheel chair yet, but I have bad days when my body doesn't work right.
This bath is easy to get into. I really like that. My daughter and son-in-law installed my tub/bath for me. They are a blessing to me. Hard working kids.
Calvin was who we talked to. He's a fine young man. I really liked his sales ability. He understands us old folks' problems.
By the way, my daughter's name is Mary Garmer, and my son-in-law's name is Greg Garmer. I think they are sending you pictures of my new bathroom.
One other feature I really like is the way the air jets clean themselves, after you're done with your bath. No water sitting in the pipes, causing bacteria. A great feature.
Thank you all so much for my bath/tub. It's really changed my life.

The tub arrived on Monday, as promised.
Charlie (project contractor) came over last night to open the box and look at it. He was really impressed with the quality of the work and the fittings that came with it.
He and his brother buy homes to remodel and sell, and he’s very familiar with what works (or doesn’t), so if he likes it you know you’re doing it right.
I was impressed, too. It’s exactly what I saw in your brochures and is going to be great.

The Best Christmas in Green Briar

The headline sounds a bit dramatic. After all, we are all having our best Christmas in Green Briar; aren’t we?!
Allow me to explain what’s happening in the Dunne’s household this year. It’s a little out of the ordinary, and certainly not to be repeated.
For some time now I have been reading about a new WONDER in the media; walk in tubs. I thought this was nothing but a new trend in bathing, and completely ignored all the advertising.
I then experienced a mobility problem, however, which resulted in my having a few falls, thus making showering very difficult (to say the least).
My ‘sore’ condition led me to do some closer investigation of this new trend in bathing, which led me to arranging a visit with a representative of one of the companies who installs these wonder tubs.
Charles and I were sold on this new concept immediately. Consequently, we now have a Seabridge "walk-in", sit-down, bathtub installed, which does everything the brochure and the representative promised (and then some).
I have some lameness on my left side, and let me tell you, having 16 massaging air jets is very invigorating and soothing.
I think I would like to spend a lot more time in this new tub, especially since the seat has a cushion on it, that makes it very comfortable to just lounge and do nothing but enjoy the massage. A bit of moisturizing foam bath liquid helps make it even more soothing, with benefits still being felt many hours later.
In this process of acquiring a new bathtub, we had to forfeit our built-in shower. We have no regrets, however, because this whole affair comes with a handheld shower and lots of safety grab bars.
The overriding value of these walk in tubs are the safety features, and from what I understand, walk in tubs are used in retirement/nursing homes a lot, which certainly makes a lot of sense.
When the installer was doing his work, he told me a funny story, which is worth sharing.
It seems that a lady had one of these walk in tubs installed, and since she is an avid bridge player, she holds weekly bridge sessions in her home.
She must have a ‘spare’ player, because while the group enjoys playing their game, one is always using the bathtub, on a rotating basis, until all of them have enjoyed their bath, as well as their bridge game.
Now that seems a unique idea!
P.S. Charles is enjoying the tub too!
